Shrimp & Asparagus Risotto |
 Chef Paolo LaFatta In this video (5min 50sec) you can join Chef Paolo LaFatta, senior executive chef for Olive Garden Restaurant as he prepares Shrimp & Asparagus Risotto - Large sautéed shrimp served over creamy Parmesan risotto with asparagus. The first thing we're gonna have is our chicken broth simmering in the pot. There are about eight cups in there. Then we're gonna have some extra virgin olive oil that's a staple item in Italian pantry. We're gonna put about 2 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. Then we're gonna have some nice diced white onions. Now we're gonna sautee the onions for about three minutes or until they are tender and translucent. Now we're gonna add the Carnaroli Rice.
