Gin Za Sushi is a wonderful little hideaway near central Taos. This family run business has been keeping us afloat with Sushi for about ten years. The Who's Who of Taos can be found at Ginza, even if it's just picking up take out. Mr. Young Kim and his son Phillipe handle the front side of the restaurant, with Mrs. Kim handles the kitchen's Asian and occasional Brasilian treat. Gin Za features a wide variety of Japanese, Chinese, and Korean dishes deliciously prepared. Two for One Specials, too.
