Lambert’s of Taos
Image Lambert’s of Taos is a super restaurant. Zeke Lambert and Tina Lambert established one of the best dining experiences anywhere. Dinner nightly 5:30 pm to closing. Cocktails start at 5pm. Lambert's menu contains some very tasty dishes, including: dungeness crab cakes, roasted corn and smoked bacon chowder, grilled chicken satay, tempura lobster tail, grilled lamb tenderloin, romaine salad, roasted tomato and mozzerella, pepper crusted lamb, glazed roast duck, grilled medallions of beef tenderloin, pistacio crusted chicken breast, rib eye steak, grilled veal chop, rutabaga-potato herb cake, filet of beef, ginger-grilled shrimp.

Lambert's was winner of 4 "People's Choice Awards" for the best of Taos County 2006, including: Best Restaurant - Second Place, Fine Dining - First Place, Best Service - Second Place, and Most Impressive Place to Bring a Date - Second Place.

Bar Food:
Lambert's Fresh Baked Bread with roasted garlic, extra virgin olive oil, and butter, Chile Dusted Rock Shrimp deep fried, served with a spicy cocktail sauce - 1/4 pound 9.- 1/2 pound, Lamb Taquitos with tomatillo sauce, greens and pico de gallo, Lamb stewed with tomatoes and garlic served with mashed potatoes, Lambert's Chips fresh fried corn chips with pico de gallo and avocado tomatillo, Grilled Lamb Tenderloin with warm lentil salad and feta cheese, Roasted Corn Chowder, Dungeness Crab Cakes with Thai Curry Sauce and Pickled Cucumbers, Lobster Tempura with Asian Slaw and Teriyaki Sauce, Grilled Chicken Satay with spicy peanut sauce and rice noodles.

House Cocktails: (all drinks are made with fresh squeezed juice) Margaritas: Tina's Gold - Gold Tequila, Triple Sec Lemon and Lime juices and Simple Syrup, Cowboy Buddha - Herradura Silver, Cointreau and Lime juice, Stone Cold - Patron Anejo, Cointreau, Simple Syrup, Orange and Lime juices, The Smokin' Marg Del Maguey Herradura Silver, Grand Marnier, Simple Syrup, Lime with a floater of Chichicapa Mezcal.

Martinis: Zeke's - Bombay Dry, Vermouth and a Twist, Cosmopolitan - Chambray Myers Lemon Vodka, Cranberry, Simple Syrup and Lime, Stoli Bellini - Peach Stoli, Gruet Sparkling Wine and a Cherry, Amber - Chambray Vodka, Stoli Vanilla, Ameretto and Simple Syrup, Sea Breeze tini - Chambray Ruby Red Grapefruit Vodka, Simple Syrup and a splash of Cranberry, Chocolate - Stoli Vanilla and Godiva Liqueur, Lemon Drop - Chambray Myers Lemon Vodka, Lemon Juice and Simple Syrup
