The Nuvo Vino wine thermometer is a dandy new wine gadget for testing the temperature of wine. It uses an infrared sensor to take the wine's temperature without sticking anything in the wine. The company says that the best method to use the gadget is to hover it an inch or two above the wine in a glass but it can also be tested in the bottle or outside the glass.
