Aykroyd has invested in Niagara Cellars and plans to release the Dan Aykroyd Signature Reserve Vidal Icewine 2005 early next year. The Toronto Star reports that Aykroyd also wants to develop other white wines and a few reds too. Aykroyd will launch two ranges of Canadian wines, the Dan Aykroyd Signature Reserve Series of super-premium offerings and the Dan Aykroyd Discovery Series of mid-priced wines through Lakeview Cellars.
