Gin Za Sushi is a wonderful little hideaway near central Taos. This family run business has been keeping us afloat with Sushi for about ten years. The Who's Who of Taos can be found at Ginza, even if it's just picking up take out. Mr. Young Kim and his son Phillipe handle the front side of the restaurant, with Mrs. Kim handles the kitchen's Asian and occasional Brasilian treat. Gin Za features a wide variety of Japanese, Chinese, and Korean dishes deliciously prepared. Two for One Specials, too.

Eske’s Brew Pub & Eatery is a Taos Beer institution and the oldest brew pub in New Mexico. Eske's has all their own fresh beers on tap that are made and sold on the premises. All beers are made using the finest ingredients. Open every day from 11:30am to 10:30pm, memorial day through October. Featured foods include burritos, Wanda's Famous Green Chile Stew, Burgers and Sandwiches, Vegetarian Dishes, fish, pasta, salads. For the kids there is a children's menu.
