 Maria Maria's Seven Veggie Stirfry Video (4min 35sec) - Vegetable laden stirfry - fast and good. "Hi. I'm Marie and I love to cook. And tonight I'm making a really simple, really nutritious mixed veggie stir fry to go with my dinner.
"To do this I will be preheating a wok, getting it fairly hot, over high heat. Now I'm going to add to it 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. You can use peanut oil if you want to, but I'm just gonna use 2 tablespoons of Canola Oil, and let that oil get good and hot. And sort of scroll it around to coat my wok.
"Then, to my hot wok, I'm going to go ahead and add about a half of a chopped onion and just give that a good stir for about, oh, 10 seconds. And then I'm gonna go ahead and add a clove of minced garlic to this. And just keep tossing that around..." |
